Nars Sea of Love Set

This is one of the Christmas presents I received. I was SO excited when I opened the box and found this :)

This set includes a mini super orgasm blush, mini Turkish Delight lipgloss, mini multiple in orgasm, and a full size illuminator in laguna.

This set retails for $49, and in my opinion it's a tad bit pricey even though the full size illuminator costs $30, so it's like getting 3 deluxe minis for $20.

Super Orgasm Blush

• chunky glitter
• not as pigmented as other nars blushes
• not a very wearable shade
• blends nicely

Turkish Delight Lip Gloss

• Plasticky taste/feel
• Sheer color
• Not long wearing
• Good applicator

Multiple in Orgasm

• Very pretty color/sheen
• Blends nicely
• On the sheer side (sheerer than the original)
• Cream to powder finish

Illuminator in Laguna

• Nice shade with some glitter
• Blends nicely
• Leaves some streaks behind
• Suitable for sand-medium skin tones

Personally I do not reccomend this set, since the only things I ended up liking was the Illuminator and the Mini Multiple. If you do happen to like all of these items, then go for it!

Buxom Welcome to the Party Set

This is another one of my Sephora Black Friday finds! This limited edition set was $10 at sephora during black friday. It includes a FULL SIZE buxom mascara in the shade black, and a FULL SIZE eyeliner in the shade citrine.

The mascara retails for $19, and the eyeliner retails for $14. So those added together = $33, so I paid around a third for the price.

Mascara:

• REALLY nice definition
• Doesn't volumize lashes
• Does an okay job at lengthening
• When combined with other mascaras, tends to get that awful flaky feeling
• Leaning towards a greyish color, not really a true black
• Innovative brush

Eyeliner:

• Extremely pigmented
• Very creamy
• Glides on very smoothly
• Wears off rather easily

DO I RECCOMEND THEM?

I absolutely love the definition the mascara gives, so I think it is a decent mascara if that is what you are looking for. The chocolate brown eyeliner is a great liner, the only thing wrong is the wear time. If you use a liner sealer anyways, I say  go for it!

Josie Maran Argan Color Stick

So recently I went Black Friday shopping! Okay, this is a big deal, because Sephora RARELY has like super awesome amazing sales. On Black Friday, they were offering 10 products for $10 each! How amazing is that?

So thanks to them, I was able to pick up this puppy at Sephora, and it usually would be $22, but I got it for $10.

SAVINGS ROCK!

Phew, now on to the product! The color I have here is Petal Pink, which is a sheer light pink. From what I can tell, this is probably a cream blush for fair skinned people. The color goes on nice and smooth, although the color does not apply that evenly so it is necessary to rub it in a bit to get a nice look. It is very sheer, and it looks suuuper natural once you rub it in.

The one MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR fault I found with this would be the smell. It has a VERY strong medicinal/almond smell to it, which I can't bear to smell when I am putting this on. On the bright side, I think this smell comes from the Argan Oil included which is supposed to be über moisturizing.
